Onboarding stages 2 and 3
When: The report shows red or yellow on stage 2 or 3.
Goal: green on stages 2 and 3. What that means for you:
- An agent reads your range like a catalog: products, prices, availability, shipping, without guessing.
- An agent finds the way into the cart and to checkout and can recommend you to a customer instead of failing on your site.
- We measure again and show the difference: before-and-after score, in writing.
We build everything ready, five working days after scope approval. Your agency, your developer or we with access deploy it.

Onboarding stage 4
When: Stages 2 and 3 are green and you want an agent to complete the purchase with you.
Goal: green on stage 4. What that means for you:
- An agent can search, order, pay and receive the confirmation on a customer's behalf, without a human opening your site.
- Payment works as before, through your payment provider. We lay the way there so an agent understands it.
- We measure the complete path again: before-and-after score, in writing.

All prices net. Watch has a 12-month minimum term, monthly cancellation after that. Badge and verification page only with active Watch. Onboarding equals ten months of Watch.

What is not included.
- Stage 1, being found: We measure it and put the basics in place that an agent needs to reach you at all. Copy, content and visibility work (GEO) is done by experienced partners we work with. We tell you when that is due.
- Deployment: your agency, your developer or us. Without access your agency gets everything built, with instructions. With access we deploy it ourselves and measure again afterwards.
- No score as a promise. What we owe is the measurement and the delivery, not a particular score.
- No payment processing. The money never runs through us. Payment works as before, through your payment provider. We make sure an agent finds and understands the way there.
What the badge means.
What it is
A score of 80 or more with active Watch. The badge sits in the footer of your site and links to your verification page.
What it is not
Not a third-party certification. Ithildim measures, Ithildim issues, and anyone can check the measurement.
How anyone checks it
Under /verify/your-domain the result is public: score, four stages, date. A hash over the canonical JSON proves that nothing was changed afterwards. An AI agent can do that too: the verification page delivers the same result as data, not only as a page.
When Watch ends, the verification page reads "no longer verified" after 30 days. The badge is never removed silently. This is what a verification page looks like.

Five working days after scope approval everything is built. Your agency, your developer or we with access deploy it.
Because the badge is a maintained state, not a snapshot. Twelve months of Watch is the period in which we re-measure the state weekly and prove it publicly.
Then the re-audit says so, in black and white, with the reason. The onboarding is delivered all the same: everything is built and documented, the before-and-after score is there. Watch only starts once you are green.
