Terms of service

This is a courtesy translation. The German version is the legally binding one.

These terms of service apply to the Ithildim Agent-Readiness Scan, which LuxMind UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Arabellastr. 5, 81925 München, Germany ("we") provides via ithildim.ai, app.ithildim.ai, as a plugin in ChatGPT and as a connector in Claude.

1. Service

The scan fetches a few publicly reachable pages of a shop domain you name and evaluates them automatically according to the method described at ithildim.ai/en/method/. The result is a score from 0 to 100, the status of four stages, up to three gaps in plain language and a report. The scan is free. No account is required.

2. What the result is and is not

The result is an automated snapshot from the outside. It describes what an automated visitor could read and do at the time of the scan. It is no assurance that an AI assistant will find, recommend or buy from a shop, and no legal, tax or security advice. Shops that block automated visitors receive a result that reflects that block.

3. Permitted use

You may name any publicly reachable domain of an online shop, your own or one you are evaluating. Not permitted are IP addresses, private or internal hosts, sites that are not online shops, circumventing our usage limits, automated bulk requests and any use that impairs the operation of the service or of scanned shops. We may refuse or limit requests without giving reasons.

4. Report and link

The report is available under its link for 30 days after the scan and is deleted afterwards. The link is the only access key; anyone who knows it can read the report. You decide whom you share it with. Results are reused per domain for 24 hours.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for stable operation but owe no particular availability. We may develop the method, scope and presentation of the scan further at any time and may discontinue the free service at any time.

6. Liability

For the free scan we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. We give no warranty for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the result. Decisions you make on the basis of the result are your own responsibility.

7. Rights in methodology and report

The method, score, presentation and the Ithildim brand remain our property. You may use and share the report for your own purposes, but not present it as your own assessment or publish it without naming Ithildim.

8. Privacy

Which data we process during the scan is set out in our privacy policy, section 7.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a business user, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. We publish changes to these terms on this page with a new date. Contact: hello@ithildim.ai.
